Under the expanded agreement, Spectrum Chemical will have full access to Advancion’s complete portfolio of TRIS AMINO™, TRIS AMINO™ HCl, HEPES, HEPES sodium, and MOPS buffers produced at its Sterlington, Louisiana manufacturing facility. With a secure U.S.-based supply of these essential ingredients, Spectrum Chemical is well positioned to help accelerate access for North American bio/pharmaceutical and life sciences companies engaged in drug and medical device research, development, and production scale-up across commercial and academic settings.

Spectrum Chemical serves as the exclusive distributor for Advancion’s premium portfolio of life sciences buffers in the North American market. Advancion’s buffer products are produced under the company’s single Global Quality Management System, which includes ISO 9001:2015 certified in-process monitoring and facility control systems. Comprehensive quality testing is conducted by Advancion using validated analytical methods, and may include elemental impurities by ICP-MS, endotoxin, bioburden, DNase, RNase, and protease.
