Kevin Silva joined Advancion in July 2026 as Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing, and is responsible for driving manufacturing performance, operational reliability, and continuous improvement across Advancion’s manufacturing network in Sterlington, Louisiana; Davis, California; and Ibbenbüren, Germany.

Kevin brings nearly 30 years of manufacturing, operations, and EHS leadership experience in the specialty chemicals industry. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, strengthening safety cultures, and delivering sustainable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, and customer service. Prior to joining Advancion, Kevin held a series of leadership positions at Ashland, in which he led global manufacturing strategy and operations across multiple production sites and played a key role in developing long-term operational and financial strategies.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Southern Maine, a master’s degree in public health from Tulane University, and an MBA from Curry College.
