CORRGUARD™ SELECT FS is a multifunctional metalworking fluid additive uniquely designed to combine multi-metal corrosion and staining inhibition, pH stabilization and neutralization, and extended fluid longevity in a single, cost-effective product. CORRGUARD SELECT FS is based on Advancion’s new-to-world proprietary aminoamyl alcohol technology, and provides formulators with the flexibility to optimize overall performance of metalworking fluid formulations.
CORRGUARD SELECT FS consists of primary amino alcohol chemistry with a less than 2% secondary amine level to help formulators meet increasingly stringent end-user and regulatory requirements, such as TRGS 611 in Germany. CORRGUARD SELECT FS is 100% water soluble and has excellent hard-water stability, low foaming, and offers improved solubility in synthetic and renewable base oils.
When used with registered biocides, CORRGUARD SELECT FS helps extend fluid life in a broad range of metalworking fluid formulations with improved formulating compatibility and corrosion control.
